Cover Your Acres is an educational conference for the producers and other industry members of the crop production Industry that celebrates new ideas and discusses the latest trends and current information relevant to the Central Plains. Resulting from the partnership of the K-State Research and Extension and the Northwest Kansas Crop Residue Alliance, it is a producer driven conference program. The Winter Conference addresses the issues revolving around the dedication to a safe, sustainable, competitive food and fiber system and to strong, healthy communities, families and youth through integrated research, analysis and education.

The conference also puts together various exhibitions to attract visitors to the event so that they can also familiarise themselves with the industry. And to enhance the information even more, innumerable sessions also take place covering topics like irrigation systems in the industry, crop management for better yield, Adjuvants and their effects on Herbicides and Tank Mixes, The financial strength and status of the industry, latest Land Values and Rental Rates, Managing Insect Resistance and many more so that all members can take back a bag full of information that can turn fruitful for them in the upcoming season.
