Pregnancy Loss and Infant Death Alliance (PLIDA) International Conference is aimed at bringing together leading international experts to explore the relational aspects of prenatal bereavement care and share the latest updates on clinical research and best practices to support the prenatal bereavement organization. The main focus of the International Prenatal Bereavement Conference is to engage in educational and networking opportunities for those who support bereaved families. The PLIDA International Conference is aimed at gathering professionals who are engaged in providing care to the bereaved families experiencing prenatal death or who engages in research in the field including obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine physicians, neonatologists, palliative care physicians, midwives, genetic counsellors, nurses, ultra-sonographers, child-life specialists, psychologists, and parent advocates, among many others. In addition, bereaved parents themselves participate in the conference who may work in advocacy to describe innovative clinical implications. The International Prenatal Bereavement Conference provides a platform for building relationship among parent advocates, caregivers, and researchers. The conference features pre-conference workshops, plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and research posters. The conference has an inspirational line-up of International experts, plenary speakers, pre-conference speakers who would present state-of-the-art lectures providing a unique educational and networking forum. Also, there are special events which include PLIDA Meeting, Presidents Reception Sunrise Cinema, and Historic St. Charles and Angel of Hope Visit. The conference attracts an audience of 300-400 and affords the potential sponsor/exhibitor an unprecedented opportunity to showcase their business.
